Here’s a fun way to make sure you’re getting in your practice at home!

If you want to become a great pitcher, you have to put in the work. Now, I know that practicing at home can be challenging. There are so many distractions around you and it can become pretty repetitive, which it needs to be to create solid and correct muscle memory. That doesn’t mean that it can’t become what feels like a task, rather than something fun and that you really enjoy doing.

To help you get your practice in at home I created a little game of Bingo for you to complete each day you practice! You can print out this bingo sheet to help keep you focused on what drills you need to be doing and to keep it fun! Blast some of your favorite music and get to work, girl!

REMEMBER: you need to be practicing AT LEAST 4 DAYS A WEEK to create muscle memory in your body! Don’t expect to do well in the circle if you haven’t put in the sweat equity at home!
